It is the quality policy plan of Robert Higgins City Construction Limited to continually improve levels of Client’s Satisfaction and Loyalty by providing products and services. Quality Policy that is focused on systematic management techniques, which provide a high level of confidence that the ultimate objective satisfaction will be achieved, which fully meets the initial and continuing needs and expectations of all our Clients and Customers.
In order to achieve this, the Company has adopted a Quality System, which complies with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 and ensures the effectiveness and continual improvement of the business.
The objectives of this policy are achieved through the implementation and adherence to the established documented procedures. Our Quality Policy at the project level is achieved through the implementation of a project specific Project Quality Plan.
The Project Quality Plan establishes the project requirements for quality assurance and provides the necessary framework which ensures all personnel are working to clearly defined and measurable quality objectives.

Implementation of the Project Quality Plan is assured through a combination of formal internal audit and management review at defined intervals. To ensure objectivity, personnel independent of those areas being audited and reviewed perform audits and reviews.
Feature on-site activities and processes are controlled through the provision of documented Inspection and Test Plans. Inspection and Test Plans detail the verification steps in the process, who performs the inspection or test and at what stage of the work, how the inspection and test is to be carried out and recorded and what acceptance criteria is to be satisfied.
The Quality System is supported and endorsed by not only the Senior Management and Directors but by every employee within the Company and our sub-contractors and is a reflection of our desire to provide our Clients with the highest standards possible.
Quality is a degree of excellence which is ever-changing. Quality is consistent to our Client’s satisfaction and to our future business. Our Quality Policy has been adopted into Robert Higgins City Construction Management System and will be reviewed annually.
