Offcanvas Section

You can publish whatever you want in the Offcanvas Section. It can be any module or particle.

By default, the available module positions are offcanvas-a and offcanvas-b but you can add as many module positions as you want from the Layout Manager.

You can also add the hidden-phone module class suffix to your modules so they do not appear in the Offcanvas Section when the site is loaded on a mobile device.

We are directly employing 10 apprentices with an average length of service of 4 years currently working across our sites and workshops, we encourage school leavers and anyone under the age of 25 to contact us as we develop youth involvement and participation in the construction processes. Our current trades employees joined Robert Higgins City Construction as apprentices, NVQ trainees, carpenter trainees, trainee estimators and trainee site managers. As part of the company’s three years ongoing commitment to attracting young workers and developing new talent within the building envelope sector, Robert Higgins has developed several initiatives for young people starting out in the industry.

We engage potential new employees at all levels which involves teaming up with local schools and colleges, opening our door to young workers at the earliest opportunity; a career in construction can become reality through our various pathways to study part-time surveying and construction management at day and evening courses. Including, GCSE at A* - C/9-4, NVQ Level 5, Degree Levels 6 and 7 Equivalent, HND Building the National Certificate of Construction Management upto Bachelors Honours Degree. Site based staff are encouraged to study for their Chartered institute of Building Certificate and Diploma in site management and civil engineer.

Our school leaver and graduate training programmes are for ambitious and talented young employees who are keen to grow and develop with the company.
